A mysterious man with a new role to play! Formerly the BLU Spy, he returns to provide assistance to his old colleagues as they battle the robotic legions of Gray Mann. Taking up residence on the base, he runs the Weapons Upgrade Station, dolling out all of the extra ordinance the team could ever want. The Civilian is a calm and reserved figure. Not prone to anger, he generally adheres to a very civil code, and tends to speak in a quiet, charming tone of voice. He acts as the base's liaison with Headquarters (and their 'benevolent' Administrator), reporting news of their fights and keeping everyone properly supplied. He is also called upon to enforce rules and regulations, but being more inclined to do right by the mercenaries and not the company's interests, hprefers to maintain a more laissez-faire attitude towards such bothersome details. He may no longer have the equipment of a Spy, but he still commands an incredible amount of skill. Normally a thief of very great renown, the 'Civilian' is an expert when it comes to quick, silent infiltration and hand-to-hand combat. Cunning and resourceful, he has access to a wide variety of contacts and capital to call on, and it should never be assumed that he is merely a suit and a handsome face. |
